The president of the company was prosecuted by Taipei District Prosecutors
Office for prosecuting the Securities Exchange Act. The Taipei District Court
in Taiwan and the Taiwan High Court were found guilty. However, after the
appeal of the president of the company, the Supreme Court on August 15, 2019.
The judgment abolished the judgment of the Taiwan High Court and sent it back
to the Taiwan High Court for retrial. The president of the company respected
the judgment of the Supreme Court and will appoint a lawyer to conduct
litigation in accordance with the law to protest his innocence. The company's
business and financial operations are still as usual, and this judgment has
not affected the company’s operations.
