The chairman appealed the judgment of the High Court to the superme court.
The Supreme Court pronounced its verdict on November 4, 2020,
on Joint Offends of Breach of Trust and Joint Offends of Special Breach of
Trust, change of a ruling made by a presiding judge and remanded Taiwan High
